Nous sommes environ 100 Ăąmes Ă  Insurello et nous rĂȘvons d’atteindre environ 250 d’ici la fin de 2022. Ambitieux, n’est-ce pas ? VoilĂ  pourquoi nous avons besoin de vous – un Talent Acquisition Specialist expĂ©rimentĂ© prĂȘt Ă  se retrousser les manches et Ă  faire croĂźtre et rayonner Insurello.

C’est pourquoi il faut vraiment que soyez entreprenant avec une grande facultĂ© de s’adapter au changement. Dans ce rĂŽle, vous allez accompagner nos Ă©quipes dans la recherche d’un nouveau coĂ©quipier. Vous serez chargĂ© de l’ensemble du cycle de recrutement, Ă  partir de la rĂ©union de dĂ©marrage avec l’équipe, de l’approvisionnement, des interviews et, bien sĂ»r, de la partie la plus intĂ©ressante – la signature et la cĂ©lĂ©bration ! 🎉

Vous savez, lorsque vous sortez avec quelqu’un et que vous avez un minimum de critùres ? Voici les nîtres, alias ‘nous croyons que vous’ :

✅  Avez travaillĂ© comme chargĂ© de recrutement interne ou d’agence pendant quelques annĂ©es ;
✅  Avez de l’expĂ©rience de la gestion d’un processus de recrutement Ă  cycle complet ;
✅  Avez une personnalitĂ© colorĂ©e et vous avez le courage de vous laisser aller sans retenue ;
✅  Etes bien organisĂ©, autodisciplinĂ© et juste au-dessus de vos affaires;
✅  Parlez couramment l’anglais (d’autres langues sont un gros plus certainement).

Vous allez rejoindre notre courageuse Ă©quipe People&Culture constituĂ©e de cinq personnes qui sont en train de mettre en place la structure interne d’Insurello. Des moments de plaisir !
