Every year billions of Euros in personal accident insurance compensation are left unclaimed! One of the main reasons is that it can be extremely difficult to go through the claims process, and requires both time, knowledge and a lot of patience. With Insurello, there is no need to understand insurance specific language, have all the time in the world, or have a certain background. We want to help all people claim their accident insurance money instantly online, and change the insurance landscape for the better, both in Sweden and abroad.

What have we accomplished so far?

  • As of now, we have been helping more than 80,000 people claim their insurances through our platform and the user count is growing by the hour

  • Since 2018, we’ve raised more than 35 million SEK from leading Venture Capitalist firms and trusted investors, who have brought in not just money but credibility, network and business assets
  • We have built a winning team of >70 awesome and highly motivate Insurellians based in our HQ in central Stockholm

Are we looking for you?

A key component in the company strategy ahead, will be to expand our award-winning business to other geographical markets, and the first one is Denmark.

Therefore, we are looking for a Customer Service Lead, who will take a key role in this endeavour, focusing on the Danish market. More precisely, we need someone who will be the first member of the local Danish team and play an important role in our launch and growth in Denmark. You will be working hands-on with customer claims, preparing Insurello for the official launch in Denmark, and help build up the very first team of Danish claims specialists.

The tasks will include:

  • Acting as a claim handling specialist for the Danish market (we already have many customers who signed up to try out our service, and we see this work as a key step to understand the local market before the full-scale launch)
  • Develop processes and templates needed for the Danish market and constantly optimize these to achieve operational excellence
  • Be a key stakeholder in adapting our product to the Danish market
  • Ensure good relationships with the Danish insurance companies and authorities
  • Be at the forefront of building up a world class Danish claims-specialist team in close collaboration with the rest of the Expansion

A successful candidate should have the following qualifications / skills:

  • Fluency in Danish and English is a prerequisite, and a solid understanding of Swedish is a plus
  • Relevant work experience and/or education, such as but not limited to: Team Lead within customer service, a Communications or Business Administration background. Bonus if experience from the insurance industry
  • A passion for delivering high quality customer service with a mindset to constantly develop and improve customer experiences
  • Strong leadership potential, and ideally experience
  • The ability to combine a structured way of working with the ability to adapt to new situations and grow personally at the same pace of the organization
  • A preference for working in a global arena
  • Exited to work in a high paced start-up with a higher purpose (helping people and not just making money) 
  • Enjoy working in an ever-changing environment where the sky is the limit
